Double Room — Loft
Up a short flight of stairs, tucked beneath the eaves, with a window that sits level with the canopy.
It is the coolest room in the house after dark, and the loudest at dawn — in the way that only birds can be loud.
A king bed, a low bench for suitcases, and a small balcony wide enough for two cups of tea.
In the room.
